Proficient in all Microsoft software products including Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; other word-processing software such as WordPerfect, most email services including Exchange, Outlook, Lotus Notes, and pop mail; desktop publishing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Quark; and Microsoft operating systems, DOS 3.0 through Windows2003. Palm and Windows CE / Pocket PC. Citrix, SQL, Active Directory, Exchange Server. Excellent understanding of basic network operations including user security, WiFi, TCP/IP, and network topologies and architecture.
