As the founder of HDI, Ron Muns, he is a highly respected in the IT service and support industry. He served on many IT Service Management Advisory Boards, guiding technology for products and innovations including Cherwell Software. He was the first recipient of the HDI Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award, created to honor individuals dedicated to the IT support industry, reflecting the principles HDI Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award.
Ron excels at connecting people, idea-makers, and innovators to collaborate. He expanded industry best practices, defined ITIL Service Desk Support Operations, wrote white papers, hosted conferences, and created forums for “doing more” to support best practices and learning.
Many of the leaders we worked with are winners of the HDI Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award that follow were those, I treasure and had opportunity to work with and learn from.
