Thirdera’s Hexy’s Impactful Collaboration Awards Event today shined a spotlight on the power of fostering a positive workplace culture. I consider myself so fortunate. In my career I have worked for 2 of the most inspiring and personal achievement-oriented organizations. Loyalty is no problem, where you create a culture of inclusion where we can recognize a problem, own it and turn it into a solution! This is the case for myself and so many of our Eranauts.

She is the welcoming face for all North American Employees for Thirdera and worked tirelessly to create the successful HR Integration Strategy, Talent Management, Change Agent for all of us Eranauts, into Cognizant.
