Creating A Better Workflow For Life

Many of us in the post Covid Work environment find ourselves desiring for greater meaning, purpose and connection in our work. This year marked my return to the workforce after a very rough battle with Long Haul Covid, many challenges, many successes. This year, MY OWN Jahir Rayhan represented the country of Bangladesh in the 2021 Olympics.

We need more beauty and humanity. People are free to bring their full self to their work.

~Glennon Doyle

This was an amazing session Creating a Better Workflow for Life: facilitated by CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin, interview a dynamic duo partnership of Glennon Doyle and Abby Wambach– a two time Olympic Gold Medalist with the US Soccer legend with over 184 goals! She is an activist for equality and inclusion – ! This discussion touched on way more than ServiceNow. The keynote was a life note of why we should stop striving to meet others’ expectations and start trusting our voice from deep within to unleash our inner power and realize joy and success.

CNN’s Brooke Baldwin wisely said, we need to celebrate leaders and story tellers. We need to reimagine all of that. Bowing to a leader is not progress. Conflict is the good stuff that gets us to progress and this gets us to peace. OH an athlete and author can surely create that! Brooke interviewed the dynamic duo that is Glynnon and Abby, founders of TogetherRising.org an organization founded on the belief that we can transform collective heartbreak to effective action. Let us let our focus turn pain to powerful solutions.

GLENNON DOYLE is the author of #1 New York Times bestsellers UNTAMED, LOVE WARRIOR (an Oprah’s Book Club selection), and CARRY ON, WARRIOR. Glennon documents her authentic self as an activist, speaker, and thought leader who believes that the journey of the Love Warrior is to rush toward our pain and allow our pain to become our power.

ABBY WAMBACH is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA World Cup Champion. She is an activist for equality and inclusion, and author of the #1 New York Times bestseller WOLFPACK (find your voice, unite your pack, change your world), as well as the New York Times bestseller Forward: A Memoir. Abby is co-founder of Wolfpack Endeavor, a training program that is revolutionizing leadership development for women in the workplace and beyond. Abby lives in California with her wife, Glennon Doyle, and their three children.

Abby Wambach lives her values, and imparts this spirit of a champion so beautifully in the Barnard Commencement
